  • Full-time About the
Role:
Ontario, California is a fast-growing hub for logistics, enterprise operations, and cloud-driven transformation—and at PuntoNet Solutions , we bring that same momentum into the technology we build. We design and deliver enterprise-grade cloud and software solutions that are scalable, secure, and built for real-world business impact. We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect ( Cloud & Enterprise Systems) who can take full ownership of solution architecture across complex environments. This is not just a technical design role—you will define how systems are structured, how they scale, and how they integrate across business units and platforms. You will serve as the key bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and infrastructure, ensuring that every solution is both technically sound and strategically aligned. You are the person who can take ambiguity and turn it into a clear, executable architecture. Why Work With Us?
High-Impact Work:
You will lead architecture decisions that directly shape enterprise systems used at scale. Your work will influence performance, security, and long-term system stability.
Technical Ownership:
We value architects who think independently. You will have real authority over design decisions, not just advisory input.
Modern Cloud Environment:
We work with AWS, Azure, microservices, APIs, and containerized architectures. Cloud-native thinking is at the center of everything we build.
Collaborative Engineering Culture:
You'll work closely with experienced engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders who respect strong technical leadership.
Career Growth:
Clear path toward Principal Architect, Engineering Manager, or Director-level roles depending on your direction and strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture Design:
Define scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures for enterprise-level applications and cloud environments.
Cloud Solution Leadership:
Lead architecture design across AWS, Azure, or hybrid infrastructures, ensuring best-fit technology decisions.
System Integration Strategy:
Design APIs, microservices, and data integration patterns that enable seamless communication across systems.
Technical Leadership:
Guide engineering teams through architecture decisions, design reviews, and implementation alignment.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and communicate architecture trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Security & Performance Standards:
Ensure all solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, reliability, and compliance.
Architecture Governance:
Maintain architectural standards, documentation, and best practices across projects.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or cloud architecture roles.
Cloud Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP in production environments.
System Design Skills:
Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and scalable architecture patterns.
Technical Breadth:
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD pipelines, containers, and modern DevOps practices.
Leadership Ability:
Comfortable leading technical discussions and influencing engineering direction without direct authority.
Communication Skills:
Able to clearly explain complex architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mindset:
Pragmatic and solution-oriented. You know when to design for scale and when to deliver quickly without overengineering.
Pay:
