10 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture specializing in IT Asset Management focusing on ITAMHAM and ITAMSAM modules Lead the strategic design development and deployment of scalable ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions encompassing both Hardware Asset Management HAM and Software Asset Management SAM Utilize deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture to optimize ITAM workflows ensuring seamless integration and high data accuracy across asset management modules Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications for ITAMHAM and ITAMSAM implementations Oversee the integration of ITAM solutions with broader IT infrastructure and business processes to enhance operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives incorporating the latest ServiceNow ITAM features industry trends and compliance standards to maintain cuttingedge solutions
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design configuration and deployment of ServiceNow ITAMHAM and ITAMSAM modules aligned with organizational goals Manage the complete lifecycle of hardware and software assets including discovery entitlement management compliance and optimization within ServiceNow Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define implement and enforce ITAM policies and procedures Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data integrity compliance and optimal performance of ITAM systems Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and module specific issues to maintain high system availability Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to senior and junior team members on ServiceNow ITAM best practices and architectural standards Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation training materials and technical guides supporting ITAM processes and tools Participate in crossfunctional teams to integrate ITAM solutions with broader IT service management and operational frameworks Drive innovation and automation initiatives to enhance asset management efficiency and service delivery
