TITLE:
Software Developer
POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our Management Improvement team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about building modern, cloud-based applications and enjoys collaborating within a team to solve business challenges. You'll design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging modern technologies to deliver impactful solutions for our clients and internal users.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field 2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, Angular, TypeScript Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) Experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps practices (CI/CD, pipelines, etc.) Solid understanding of Git for source control and collaborative development Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from brainstorming to shipping products in a self-driven way Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify requirements and design effective solutions Develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, Angular, and TypeScript/JavaScript Implement, monitor and optimize CI/CD pipelines on Azure Troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance and reliability of applications Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, software design, code, and processes Participate actively in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and sprint planning Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance team efficiency and product quality
