Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team and help build, enhance, and maintain our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will bring strong skills in Microsoft C# and .NET development (using Visual Studio) along with Microsoft SQL Server technologies to create reliable, efficient solutions that support our manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and operation needs. This role centers on developing and optimizing core ERP functionality and business logic. You will also play a key part in planning and preparing for the future integration of AI and ML workflows to further improve forecasting, automation, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain C# .NET applications and services within the ERP ecosystem using Microsoft Visual Studio. Build and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and performance-tuned queries to support business data and workloads. Develop and refine business logic for ERP modules covering manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, procurement, and operations. Design and implement scheduling systems for production planning, resource allocation, workforce scheduling, maintenance, and logistics optimization. Collaborate with business analysts, ERP functional teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Plan and prepare for future AI and ML workflow integration into ERP processes (such as predictive analytics, intelligent scheduling, and automation) by designing flexible, extensible architectures. Ensure seamless integration between ERP core modules and external systems via APIs, web services, message queues, or event-driven approaches. Perform unit testing, integration testing, performance tuning, and debugging of ERP features. Document code, architecture, and integration patterns following best practices. Stay current with advancements in the .NET ecosystem, SQL Server capabilities, and emerging technologies relevant to ERP systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Recent graduates and soon-to-graduate students are encouraged to apply. Solid understanding of C# and .NET development, demonstrated through coursework, personal projects, or internships. Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, database design, queries, and basic performance optimization). Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and apply them in an ERP environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, ERP concepts, or large-scale business systems (manufacturing, supply chain, or similar domains is a plus). Familiarity with scheduling or optimization concepts for production, inventory, or resource planning. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) or interest in learning how they support ERP systems. Understanding of core ERP modules (inventory, MRP, production, procurement, financials). Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, or agile methodologies is a plus. Eagerness to contribute to future AI and ML integration planning.
