Software Developer

A1 Chimney is looking for a skilled Software Developer to build and maintain our enterprise tools and internal applications. This role focuses on full-stack development using Dart/Flutter (frontend) and PHP (backend), with deployment across Windows, Web, Android, and iOS. You'll work on real business tools used daily by our team — from project management boards and CRM systems to inspection workflows, employee timeclocks, and automation engines. Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Dart and Flutter (Windows, Web, Android, iOS). Build and optimize PHP backend APIs and database systems. Design and implement new features end-to-end: UI, API, database schema, and deployment. Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and ensure application stability. Manage deployments via SFTP to production servers. Work with WordPress plugin development (PHP) to extend our company website's functionality. Maintain and improve real-time features such as WebSocket connections, notifications, and automation systems. Database & Infrastructure Write and optimize SQL queries for MySQL databases. Manage server-side file uploads, caching, and API performance. Monitor application health and resolve server-side issues. Collaboration & Quality Write clean, well-structured, production-quality code. Participate in code reviews and maintain consistent coding standards. Document features and maintain internal developer documentation. Test across multiple platforms and devices to ensure compatibility. Qualifications Proven experience in software development with a strong portfolio or work history. Proficiency in Dart/Flutter or willingness to learn quickly with strong mobile/desktop development background. Experience with PHP and MySQL backend development. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and

REST API

design. Familiarity with state management patterns, dependency injection, and service-oriented architecture. Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar to accelerate workflows and improve code quality. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience with WordPress plugin development, Git, CI/CD, or cross-platform deployment is a plus. Benefits
