Perform TDD and confer with design and product teams, fix bottlenecks and review atomization, updates, quality, performance, mockups, user stories, requirements, functional features, memory usage, threading, API latency, responsiveness, security, technical specifications, architecture, technical debts, logs, analytics, debugging, branching, merging, pull requests, version control, workflows, design patterns, builds, compliance, defects, libraries, risks. Write unit, integration, and UI tests. Identify problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use Android, Kotlin, Java, Git, Bitbucket, Objective-C, MVC, MVVM, Restful API, JSON, CI/CD, JNI, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Ant, Struts, JavaBeans, JSF, Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, JDBC, JavaScript, SOAP, Junit, Gradle, Maven, Log Cat, DDMS, Eclipse, NetBeans, IntelliJ IDEA, SDK, Jenkins, GitHub, HTML5, CSS3, Material Design, XML, Espresso, Android Jet Pack, Firebase. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business/Decision Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial/IT Management, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing code, pipelines, queries; reviewing quality, performance, requirements, logs, version control, workflows, design patterns; performing debugging, unit testing; using Android, Java, Git, CI/CD, Junit, GitHub, Espresso, Firebase. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $213,513 to $213,550 /yr.
