What we need We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Strategic Development team that supports our flagship core banking solution, INSIGHT. You'll work hands on with technologies across client-side, server-side and database layers, partnering closely with our Product group and our Analysts in an agile environment that values innovation, curiosity and creative problem-solving. Peer recognition programs What you ll do Create, maintain and document high value software solutions for our clients
Develop client-side, server-side and database code as part of solutions
Support our yearly releases by developing new enhancements, work through bug fixes and develop client deliverables
Work with our Product group, and potentially vendors, to design and develop product functionality
Coordinate with other departments, vendors and our technology teams to support deployment activities
Incorporate AI technology to create creative solutions and improve code quality What you ll bring Bachelors in Computer Science, IT or related field is preferred but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
1-3 years Software development experience Ability to investigate and analyze technical information, and to draw and validate conclusions required Experience with Client/Server, web applications, APIs and technology Experienced in coding/designing graphical user interfaces Familiarity with databases, networks and SQL query capabilities - Preferably Oracle, SQL Server Experience with some of the following languages; C#.NET, Angular, Angular.js, SQL, PL/SQL, ASP, ASP.net, Java Script, HTML, jQuery, Angular JS, CoffeeScript, CSS, XAML, AJAX, JSON Outstanding oral / written communication skills; ability to interact with various levels of staff and management
