Solution Architect#26-05355 Eagan, MN Fully Remote Contract Starts 5/06/2026 Ends 11/23/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Solution Architect for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $ per hour This role seeks a highly skilled IT Solution Architect with deep experience in regulated environments, particularly those involving Protected Health Information (PHI) and client trusted data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofpliance frameworks, and will be adept at designing secure, scalable, andpliant IT solutions. This role also requires expertise in supporting development teams by architecting and provisioning non-production environments that meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

Architect and design end-to-end IT solutions thatply with regulatory standards, especially those involving PHI and client trusted data Collaborate with security,pliance, and privacy teams to ensure solutions meet internal and external audit requirements Define and implement environment strategies for development and unit testing, ensuring data protection and operational efficiency Work closely with DevOps and cloud platform teams to provision secure and scalable non-production environments Provide technical expertise and serve as the go-to person for non-production environment definition Ensurepliance and security by designing environments that ad to industry standards, regulations, and security protocols Lead technical assessments and rmend improvements to existing systems and architectures Lead technical teams by working with engineers and developers in developing optimal solutions Work closely with Test Data Management on creating synthetic data that is usable for development and unit testing Document architecture decisions, data flows, andpliance controls

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree inputer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalentbination of education and work experience (High school diploma or GED required) 7+ years in Business Analysis, System Design and Development, Systems Engineering, or Technical Architecture; to include 3 years direct experience working within an Architect role Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premise solutions and hybrid architecture Experience in designing and building self-service platforms for application developers and engineers Experience with virtual desktop solutions Proven experience supporting development teams with tool preparation and configuration, environment setup, CI/CD pipelines, and secure data access Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and other data privacy regulations Experience designing solutions that handle PHI and sensitive data securely Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C# Experience with modern API architecture and best practices Strong business acumen and excellentmunication skills for presenting ideas and achieving consensus Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation Proficiency in modeling architectures using industry-standard tools like ArchiMate, Visio, or Miro Familiarity with cloud security principles, data protection, andpliance frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2 Self-learner and ability to work independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills forplex technical challenges Strong organizational, interpersonal,munication, and negotiation skills Desired skills: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect Familiarity with cloud architecture in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare Advanced knowledge of cloud-native and traditional databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery) Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Knowledge of data anonymization, tokenization, and data governance practices Knowledge of SAFe Agile Framework and TOGAF principles If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please !
