(Ambler, PA) to play an integral role in the end-to-end customer journey, providing technical expertise for all major client projects, and working cross-functionally across the entire organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.

Specific job duties include:

coordinating technical and integration discovery conversations with clients to gather requirements needed to implement the platform and integrate with existing tech stacks; analyzing information to diagnose the root of each issue, designing optimal solutions, and assessing short- and long-term impacts of recommendations; communicating complex technical requirements effectively to internal and external audiences of varying levels of technical expertise; driving operational excellence and helping the team scale by creating documentation, developing knowledge sharing mechanisms, and improving internal processes; communicating and coordinating proactively with clients and internal teams in multiple time zones to ensure deliverables are met; managing competing needs and simultaneous projects, reallocating resources and reprioritizing tasks to best serve clients and the Company; and serving as a subject matter expert on proprietary SaaS architecture services, integrations, and best practices internally and in customer calls. Must hold a Bachelor's degree in IT/IS or directly related field. Must have five (5) years of prior progressively responsible work experience in the position offered or related with hands-on technical solutioning and/or implementation. Must know (through academic training or work experience) designing on SaaS, microservices, or multi tenancy architecture; application integrations and mapping using different methods, including Web Services, SSO and Integration testing tools; Cloud computing, Java, web technologies, hosting fundamentals, URL parameters, SFTP, and email server integrations to lead discovery and answer questions; and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
