POSITION TITLE
Solutions Architect(s).
POSITION DUTIES
Design end-to-end solutions on the Temenos Transact core banking platform. Define architecture that aligns with business goals, scalability and regulatory requirements. Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with upstream/downstream systems. Analyze business gaps, propose SaaS architecture and cloud deployments, design technical solutions and review technical specification documents. Act as a bridge between the business teams, technical developers and third-party vendors. Translate requirements into functional and technical architecture. Present solution blueprints to C-level stakeholders or enterprise architects. Lead the team responsible for system engineering, architecture, code reviews, and bug fixes. Guide the development teams during implementation phases. Validate technical deliverables conform to architectural standards and best practices. Conduct code and design reviews and provide quality assurance across the development lifecycle. Provide guidance regarding core banking functions (such as accounts, lending, deposits, payments, etc.) and Temenos technologies. Identify bottlenecks and guide remediation strategies. Provide project management support. Ensure adherence to architectural governance and enterprise IT standards. Supervise 5-10 Product Engineers. May require to travel/telecommute.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field, or foreign equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
60 months experience in job offered, Software Engineer, Senior Engineering Manager, or other computer-related occupation.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Employer requires five years progressive post-baccalaureate work experience to include experience utilizing: 1) Temenos T24 Transact, 2) Temenos Arrangement Architecture, 3) Temenos Model Bank product, 4) Temenos Design Studio, 5) a cloud-based deployment (such as Azure, AWS, or Temenos SaaS), 6) API design, 7) microservices, 8) containerization, and 9) BPMN, UML, or similar modeling languages.
