It's as common sense as it is revolutionary. We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our Revenue team. The Solution Consultant is responsible for partnering with new and existing clients and internal teams to identify, shape, and deliver technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role blends consultative selling, technical alignment, and strategic advisory, ensuring clients adopt the right tools in the right way while positioning our organization to support and scale those solutions effectively. This includes, but isn't limited to: Own solution strategy for assigned opportunities from discovery through handoff, ensuring alignment between client needs, revenue goals, and service delivery capabilities Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Service, and Client Success teams to shape and position the right solutions Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand tool adoption and improve business outcomes Lead consultative conversations that translate business challenges into scalable, supportable technology solutions Drive revenue growth within the current client base through thoughtful, value-driven solutioning Support complex or high-impact new client opportunities that require upfront solution design and strategic input Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials to enable consistent solutioning and delivery Build repeatable frameworks that improve how solutions are sold, implemented, and supported Identify market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies to inform new solutions and service offerings Ensure solutions are not only effective for the client but also sustainable and supportable within Managed Services Operate effectively in an evolving environment, helping define processes, standards, and best practices as the role and team mature Influence decision makers across teams and clients without direct authority to drive alignment and outcomes Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, technical sales, or a related field within a technology or managed services environment Strong understanding of both business operations and information technology, with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes Experience navigating sales processes, including discovery, solution design, and supporting deal progression Demonstrated track record of building and sustaining strong client relationships while consistently delivering high-quality client experiences Demonstrated consultative approach by being able to identify client pain points and translate them into practical, scalable solutions Hands-on experience with modern Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365, Azure) and familiarity with broader cloud ecosystems (AWS or similar) Experience using pre-sales and scoping tools (e.g., ScopeStack) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to manage opportunities and pipeline Strong awareness of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape within the IT services space Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization Highly adaptable, able to shift priorities quickly and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Revenue-oriented mindset with a focus on identifying and advancing solution opportunities that align to client needs and drive measurable business outcomes Certifications in the following areas are a plus CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft Azure, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Preferred Attributes Ability to work in a directed autonomy environment Great attention to detail and a high level of organization The desire to work as part of a team Critical thinking aptitude Empathy for our clients and team members and their circumstances with a desire to help them A positive, courteous demeanor An aptitude towards service Openness to feedback Ability to learn from experience Physical Requirements Work is primarily knowledge-worker oriented using computer systems. Occasional exertion and lifting of up to 20 pounds to move office or computer equipment. Occasional crawling, kneeling, and squatting. Constant use of computer (keyboard/mouse), and phone. Occasional travel (car). Occasional exposure to outdoor environmental conditions as a result of travel.
