Sr. Full Stack Developer

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack engineer with strong .NET expertise and end-to-end SDLC ownership. You excel at modernizing architectures, building scalable systems, and driving engineering best practices while collaborating closely with actuarial, underwriting, and product teams. Responsibilities Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence and growth. Lead full-stack development across the entire SDLC, from design through deployment. Design, build, and deliver scalable distributed systems that drive strong user experiences and business outcomes. Own application and platform architecture, championing modernization, best practices, and innovative solutions. Ensure high standards for performance, reliability, security, uptime, and code quality. Collaborate with internal customers, research, and business teams as a technical liaison, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
