Long term Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience and possess problem-solving abilities with analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. This role requires a forward-thinking, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly. The position is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the Okemos office, changing to 4 days a week starting on 7/6/2026.
