Contract Job Overview:

Responsible for designing, developing, and customizing

STIBO STEP

WebUI solutions to support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) processes. The role involves workflow configuration, UI development, integrations, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient data management solutions.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong knowledge of

STIBO STEP MDM

platform, especially Workflow and WebUI modules. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, and JSON. Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services. Experience working in Agile environments and enterprise-scale projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Build and customize STEP WebUI components for business users. Configure workflows, portals, dashboards, business rules, and validations in STEP platform. Design and enhance workflows to support enterprise MDM processes. Provide support for enhancements, break/fix issues, and continuous improvements. Gather requirements from stakeholders and convert them into technical solutions. Develop integrations using SOAP and RESTful web services. Work with XML, XSD, JSON, and JavaScript for STEP configurations. Ensure scalability and performance of STEP solutions across large datasets. Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts for effective solution design. Conduct requirement workshops and provide guidance on STEP best practices. Support enterprise data governance initiatives.

Should Have:

Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) environments. Prior consulting or solution architecture experience. Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts. Experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Skills:

STIBO STEP MDM.

WebUI development and configuration. Workflow design and implementation. Java and JavaScript.

XML, XSD, JSON.

REST and SOAP APIs. Data integration. Agile methodologies. SQL (preferred). Data modeling (preferred).

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
