- Supply Chain Performance Management Project Manager
- , supporting high-visibility initiatives that enhance the readiness, resilience, and performance of the U.S. Navy's Submarine Industrial Base (SIB). In this role, you will focus on
- performance management, data analytics, and industrial base metrics
- , driving insights across supplier performance, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation efforts.
- lead analyst for Supply Chain performance management initiatives
- , supporting SIB objectives. + Develop, track, and analyze
- key performance indicators (KPIs)
- across supplier performance, throughput, lead time, and capacity. + Conduct
- supply chain performance and risk analyses
- using industrial base datasets, supplier metrics, and market intelligence. + Build and maintain
- market space health assessments
- , performance dashboards, and risk heat maps. + Perform
- data mining, aggregation, and validation
- across DoD and commercial data environments. + Translate analytical outputs into
- executive-level briefings, decision support materials, and performance narratives

- Supplier Development Fund (SDF)
- and other industrial base investments by tracking ROI, performance improvements, and execution status. + Monitor and assess
- supplier performance trends
- , identifying bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions. + Coordinate with government stakeholders, prime contractors, and suppliers to validate performance data and risk drivers. + Facilitate

Salary range:
The range for this position can be found at the top of this posting. This range is provided as a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate across all experience levels. Actual base salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the scope of the role, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, education and training, key skills, and geographic market considerations.
