Job Description

The Impact You'll Make As a Product Application Engineer, you'll work with one of the industry's most extensive and innovative portfolios of hydraulic valves and pumps. Your role will be to identify the best-fit products and customized solutions for our customers — helping them solve complex technical challenges with precision and creativity. You'll join a great team that thrives on shared ownership and technical excellence, working in a dynamic and agile environment with diverse tasks and close collaboration across sales, operations, and engineering. What You'll Be Doing Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Support customers with expert guidance on hydraulic valve and pump solutions. Translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions together with our sales team. Contribute to application-specific solutions and product customization to match our customers' exact needs. Participate in product validation, root cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting. What We're Looking For Required (basic) qualifications Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other Languages are an advantage. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar). Experience with hydraulic valves (e.g., spool valves and/or cartridge valves) and/or open-circuit pump systems. Preferred qualifications Hands-on experience with hydraulic components, validation testing, and failure/root cause analysis is a strong plus. Familiarity with CAN-based communication systems and PLUS+1® software is a plus. Job Criteria A strong team player who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional settings.
