55,000K Position Summary Responsible for developing business opportunities within the solar industry by building relationships with customers, coordinating meetings, and supporting product development efforts. This role focuses on generating work opportunities while maintaining strong customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Schedule and conduct customer visits, training sessions, and presentations Coordinate and attend trade shows, including logistics and follow-up Manage leads from calls, emails, and website inquiries Prepare travel agendas, reports, and maintain accurate records Collaborate with internal teams on product development and marketing materials Assist with engineering/design tasks using relevant software Maintain company vehicle and equipment per guidelines Support company events involving employees with disabilities Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate's degree in a related field and 1+ year of sales experience required Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Core Competencies Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Effective project and time management Strong communication (written and verbal) Adaptability and teamwork Physical & Work Environment Primarily office-based with travel requirements Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs Moderate noise environment TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
