Job Description

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a product analyst to join their team for 1 year contract. This person will be supporting an enterprise wide migration from shared drives to sharepoint online. Position Information. The resources will act as a critical bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  •  Gather data and requirements from stakeholders across all levels of the organization to support migration from shared drives to SharePoint Online
  •  Engage with business leaders and end users to understand current state, define use cases, and document requirements
  •  Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment
  •  Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for migration efforts
  •  Support and guide end users through SharePoint adoption, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  •  Assist with product analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business needs

  •  Familiarity with SharePoint (at minimum from an end-user perspective)
  •  Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
  •  Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into simple, business-friendly language
  •  Experience with Power Platform (Power BI preferred)
  •  Experience working with ServiceNow
  •  Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online migrations Healthcare Experience
  •  Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation or change management initiatives
