Competitive, based on experience + benefits About the Role KeyLogic is seeking a Digital Engineering Systems Developer to support PLM/PDM system development and digital thread maturation at Y-12. This role focuses on connecting engineering and manufacturing data, enhancing system capabilities, and supporting mission-critical digital engineering initiatives. This is a high-impact role working at the intersection of CAD, PLM, and manufacturing systems, with a strong emphasis on xBOM structures and data integrity. What You'll Do Support the maturation of the digital thread between engineering and manufacturing systems Develop and refine requirements for CAD/PLM tools and processes Validate and test PLM/PDM tool functionality and integrations Install, configure, and supportPTC PLM/PDM
products Integrate PLM systems across engineering and manufacturing workflows Customize PLM/PDM tools through scripting or programming to meet organizational needs Enhance system interfaces and functionality to improve user experience and efficiency Develop and implement best practices for engineering workflows and product lifecycle management Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLM/PDM environments Create and maintain technical documentation Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams Participate in meetings and provide status updates Required Education Candidates must meet one of the following combinations: PhD in a technical field with relevant experience Master's degree in a technical field with 2-10 years of related experience Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5-15 years of related experience Associate's degree in a technical field with 10-20 years of related experience Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field Active Q Clearance (or equivalent eligible for reciprocity) Strong proficiency withPTC PLM/PDM
xBOM products Understanding of engineering data structures, including: Bills of Materials (BOMs) Product structures CAD metadata Revision and lifecycle management Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience supporting or developing PLM/PDM systems and integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication and documentation skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be local to Oak Ridge, TN and able to work on-site daily What You'll Deliver Technical documentation and system updates Ongoing support for PLM/PDM xBOM environments Execution of PLM upgrades and enhancements Improved digital thread connectivity across systems Collaboration with stakeholders to meet engineering and manufacturing data needsAbout KeyLogic:
