Application Programmer#26-06297 Addison, TX Hybrid Contract Starts 7/27/2026 Ends 7/26/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Addison, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Seeking a highly skilled Engineer with strong data engineering, integration, and automation experience. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, with the ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms. This role requires hands-on expertise in API integration (REST/SOAP), advanced data manipulation, and the ability to merge and visualizeplex datasets while working within coding frameworks and governance standards.

Responsibilities:

Extract, transform, and analyze data from SQL databases and other structured/unstructured sources Develop automated workflows and data pipelines using Python, Java, and PowerShell Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful and

SOAP API

connections for data ingestion, exchange, and operational processes Perform data manipulation, cleansing, and merging across multiple datasets for analytics and reporting use cases Create dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent visualization tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, analytics, and business partners to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions Contribute to technical documentation, code repositories, and operational runbooks Work across business and technology to create the solution intent and implementation vision for largeplex solutions Integrate customizations with details filled in with emerging business requirements; ensure integrations are modular, and designed to adapt easily Facilitate solution-driven discussions and lead the design ofplex Solution Engineering Perform design reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements for a solution are sufficiently met (e.g., security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field 5+ years of relevant experience Strong proficiency in SQL, includingplex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization Demonstrated experience with Python, Java, and PowerShell for data processing and automation Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including authentication, schema parsing, and payload manipulation Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and working with multiple data sources Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel Experience working in enterprise environments with structured code frameworks, version control, and CI/CD Experience with NICE platforms and technologies Desired skills: Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, NICE Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE/IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation and Symon/Korbyt Wallboard technology Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, or operational data stores Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-prem enterprise data environments Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments Experience with Voice Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, Adaptive WFO, and Robotics automation Solution Engineer experience in Call Center technology Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Pay range: $58.26 - $66.26 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
