Quality Compliance What You'll Do You will serve as a key technical team member on the Project Performance Systems team for the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) applications development team. EVMS applications consist of a suite of applications used in support of project control functions that are coupled with internally developed web applications for integration, efficiency and quality purposes. You will support the full software development lifecycle including managing upgrades, administration, technical support, maintain and develop automatedsystems and data integrations for the following Commercial of the Shelf Software (COTS) packages: Acumen Fuse/Risk, WebEVM, Empower, Primavera P6, and Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) and custom web applications. You will transform Access/Oracle applications and Structured Query Language (SQL) scripts used by team members into an enterprise EVMS web-based system in an effort to optimize solutions for data integrations and lower the barrier for entry for other team members. Other transformation efforts include standardizing end-user facing applications that differ by location or project. From an EVMS Systems support perspective, the candidate will utilize their understanding of EVMS in providing guidance to end-users and will interface directly with the EVMS Compliance team members to escalate issues of non-compliance. The candidate will receive escalated issues from junior team members for assistance with technical or systems integration and will be responsible for working issues to resolution. This may include troubleshooting SQL scripts or resolve integration issues that originate from end-user generated data. The candidate will operate as the technical backbone of the team and will be able to analyze and quickly resolve issues. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing plans for the development of custom applications or the roll out COTS applications upgrades. Those plans will then be presented to Project Performance Director, Senior Management, EVM Systems. The candidate will be able to communicate in a professional manner to all levels of leadership. As a senior member of the EVMS Systems development team you will mentor junior members on the proper use and administration of the aforementioned COTS applications, and provide training and guidance on web application development best-practices.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Primary duties include design, development, security and testing of EVMS software and services using various products and technologies in a full stack role. Other duties, such as data integration optimization, business process analysis, and system support. You will utilize critical thinking to help maintain production operations, system troubleshooting and problem analysis. You will be part of a collaborative team of highly skilled professions who embrace innovation and creativity. You will be working closely with project shareholders to scope, estimate, and provide overall technical leadership to develop and implement high quality software solutions. Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Master's degree: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
PhD:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. OR Applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 15 years of completed education and/or relevant experience.
