Job Description

Front-End Developer, Optimization & Analytics Austin, TX-78727 12 months Remote
Summary:
Marcom is client's Global Marketing Communications group. We oversee all of client's advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. As a Front-End Developer focused on Optimization & Analytics, you will build and maintain the front-end experiences that power client's while driving experimentation, analytics, and CDN & edge logic initiatives. You will work closely with partner teams to implement A/B testing frameworks, integrate analytics instrumentation, and leverage edge technologies to deliver data-informed experiences to users worldwide. Through this work, you will directly impact user engagement, conversion, and the overall quality of client's .
Key Qualifications:
  • 4 years of professional front-end development experience
  • Strong proficiency in React and
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with optimization and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar)
  • Familiarity with web performance best practices
  • Experience with analytics platforms and instrumentation (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with CDN & edge logic development (e.g., Akamai EdgeWorkers, edge-side rendering, CDN-layer personalization)
  • Experience with modern build tools and CI/CD workflows
  • Comfortable working with data layers, client-side data storage, and tag management systems Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain front-end features for client's using React and
  • Implement and support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks across web properties
  • Optimize front-end performance across client's , monitoring and improving Core Web Vitals and other key performance metrics
  • Integrate analytics instrumentation to enable data-driven decision making
  • Partner with CDN and infrastructure teams to develop and maintain edge logic for content delivery and personalization
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality front-end solutions
  • Write well-architected, testable, and maintainable code for deployment across multiple web properties
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices within the team
  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional front-end development experience
  • Demonstrated experience with React/ in a production environment
