Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineer to join our new LiFePO4 battery production team in Dallas. This role will support our local 24V lithium battery production line, handle on-site technical issues, and serve as the key technical communication bridge between the U.S. Dallas factory and our China engineering team. The candidate will participate in production ramp-up, equipment debugging, process optimization, and daily technical support for lithium battery manufacturing.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Communicate and collaborate daily with domestic China engineering team to align technical requirements, resolve production and technical problems, and follow up project progress. Support 24V lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery assembly line setup, equipment installation verification, and production capacity ramp-up in Dallas plant. Conduct on-site process troubleshooting, quality analysis, and production technical support to ensure smooth mass production. Assist in optimizing production processes, improving product yield, and standardizing operation procedures for battery manufacturing. Compile technical documents, test reports, and production validation records for local factory compliance and project review. Coordinate with local production, quality, and management teams to solve technical issues during pilot production and mass production.
Required Qualifications & Requirements:
Mandatory:
Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading & writing). This role requires frequent real-time technical communication with China engineering teams, so Chinese proficiency is a necessary hard requirement. Bachelor's degree or above in Science, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or other related technical majors; or equivalent practical technical working experience. Basic understanding of electronic products, production processes, and manufacturing logic. Strong problem-solving skills, hands-on ability, and on-site execution capability. Good English working ability for local U.S. workplace communication. Self-motivated, able to adapt to new factory ramp-up stage and fast-paced working environment. Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus): Prior working experience in lithium battery (LiFePO4) production, assembly, testing, or process engineering. Relevant experience in electronic product manufacturing, consumer electronics, or power battery industry. Familiar with factory equipment debugging, production line ramp-up, and new product introduction (NPI) process. Experience working in overseas manufacturing plants or cross-border engineering teams is a plus.
