Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Architect with strong expertise in Java technologies, Microservices architecture, and Telecom domain experience. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise application development initiatives, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale Java applications Design and implement scalable Microservices-based solutions Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed systems Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and architects for end-to-end solution delivery Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience Strong experience in Java Lead or Technology Architect role Hands-on expertise with: Core Java Spring Framework Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs Cassandra Strong understanding of distributed systems and design patterns Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven Telecom industry/domain experience is mandatory Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Exposure to enterprise architecture and solution design Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
