Job Description

Title:
Senior Full Stack Engineer (C#/.Net/Python)
Location:
Fort Worth - (1-2 days a month onsite)
Salary:
$140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus A global investment firm focused on credit and structured products is hiring a senior full stack engineer to join a front office technology team. This role sits close to trading and research, building applications that directly support investment decision-making and day-to-day workflows.
Qualifications:
7+ years of professional software engineering experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Strong experience with C#/.NET Experience building modern web applications (React, Angular, Vue, or similar) Solid understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system design Exposure to cloud environments and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred) Prior experience in financial services or trading environments is a plus
Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable applications supporting trading and analytics workflows Work closely with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions Enhance and optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and performance Contribute to engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, and code reviews Partner with cross-functional teams and help mentor junior developers Stay current with new technologies and apply them where relevant
