Enterprise Data Architecture (Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Modeling) HR Analytics & HR Data Domains (Talent, Workforce, Compensation, Learning, People Analytics) Azure Data Platform (Databricks, Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture Bronze/Silver/Gold) Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Semantic Layer, Certified Data Products, Power BI Models) Data Integration Patterns (Batch, CDC, Streaming) & Integration Contracts Data Governance & Standards (Unity Catalog, Business Glossary Alignment, Data Quality) Hands-on Data Engineering (Complex Pipelines, Transformations, Performance Optimization) Technical Leadership (Architecture Reviews, Engineering Standards, DevOps Ownership) Domain Experience (If any): HR Analytics / Human Capital Management (HCM) Preferred Certifications (not mandatory): Microsoft Azure Data Engineer / Data Architect Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Databricks Data Engineer / Architect
