You'll play a key role across the full lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through implementation and delivery. This role blends technical leadership with customer engagement. You'll guide project execution, support pre-sales efforts, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure solutions align with both technical requirements and business outcomes. What you'll do Lead solution architecture for PLM projects, guiding teams of architects and implementation consultants Collaborate with customers to capture requirements and define solution approaches Execute blueprinting, process capture, and large-scale data migration or upgrade initiatives Develop functional and technical design documentation, including gap analysis and solution design Translate business requirements into scalable PLM solutions aligned to customer processes Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing updates and guidance Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues during project execution Ensure delivered systems meet quality standards and business requirements Support pre-sales efforts, including feasibility assessments and effort estimation Research and evaluate PLM technologies to recommend optimal implementation strategies Capture and share reusable knowledge and best practices across projects What you'll bring
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience 12+ years of experience in MCAD and PLM, including architecture, solutioning, and delivery Deep expertise in PLM concepts such as product structure, workflows, change management, and release processes Strong experience with Windchill and enterprise system integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Proven experience leading PLM implementations, migrations, and upgrade projects Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences Ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective solutions Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning technology to business objectives Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams
Preferred:
