environment Roles and Responsibilities Write clean efficient and maintainable Java code following established coding standards Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across development testing and production environments Collaborate with QA DevOps and other stakeholders to ensure successful application releases Participate actively in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and midlevel developers Support application deployment production issue resolution and post release enhancements to ensure minimal downtime
