Job Description:
RAN Virtualization Engineer - Plano, TX (Onsite) We are looking for a RAN Virtualization Engineer with strong expertise in OAMP/FCAPS, EMS/NMS, OSS, and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) to support next-generation wireless network deployments and virtualization initiatives.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience with OAMP, FCAPS, OSS, EMS/NMS, and RAN network elements Experience with RAN virtualization (vCU/vDU) and NFV environments Tier 3 support experience troubleshooting commercial NMS/EMS applications Strong understanding of
TR-069, NETCONF, YANG
Models, REST APIs, SNMP, and OSS/NMS interfaces Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and scripting (Shell, Perl, TCL) Experience with High Availability (HA) and redundancy systems Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, Telecommunications, or related field
Preferred:
OpenStack and Kubernetes
ONAP, ETSI
MANO, TOSCA, and orchestration frameworks VMware/OpenStack performance tuning Knowledge of 3GPP Core and RAN architecture Java, J2EE, XML, SOAP, Web Services This role offers the opportunity to work directly with wireless carriers, engineering teams, and R D organizations supporting cutting-edge 4G/5G network management and virtualization solutions.
