Job Description

Overview Client is seeking an experienced C/C Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer with hands-on Hardware-in-the-Loop experience. This role supports real-time embedded systems, Linux-based environments, simulation systems, and software development for secure engineering applications. Core Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and support C/C software for real-time embedded systems. Work with Hardware-in-the-Loop systems in support of embedded software development and validation. Develop and troubleshoot software in Linux and real-time operating environments. Support simulation systems used for real-time embedded applications. Participate in full software development life cycle activities, including development, integration, testing, debugging, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-discipline and cross-functional engineering teams. Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies 4 years of experience in real-time embedded software engineering. Active Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in C/C . Experience with C version 11 or higher. Proficiency with Linux systems. Experience with real-time operating environments. Previous HWIL experience working with real-time embedded systems. Experience with simulation systems. Preferred Skills or Experience Ada experience. Full software development life cycle experience. Experience working in cross-discipline or cross-functional teams. Experience with Git, GitLab, or JIRA. Agile/Scrum experience. Work Details Onsite role in Grand Prairie, TX. MFC location. Monday-Thursday 4/10A schedule.
