Internet DevOps Engineering Lead

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

This position functions at a high level in all aspects of the position including being a 'go to' person for other personnel within the Internet business department for technical information about website processes, deployment processes, and application performance analytics Focus on discovering application/system inefficiencies and bottlenecks and surfacing opportunities for design and performance improvements Develop and make recommendations regarding cloud infrastructure and operations

• preferably Microsoft Azure
• including researching, analyzing and reviewing current and future requirements Ensure system security by reviewing and implementing approved policies within the systems Enhance the functionality of systems by developing and modifying scripts or other vehicles to automate system and deployment processes Develop and make recommendations regarding code deployment and automation
• preferably using Microsoft Azure Devops or GitHub Enterprise Ensures the development and maintenance all relevant documentation Provide support to application developers/programmers by providing technical knowledge and guidance Develop and deliver cross-training to selected Associates Maintain contemporary knowledge of industry trends, concepts, and techniques Oversees daily workflow and projects for team.

Assists management with development of results oriented processes and project management. Initiates, establishes, and maintains highly effective relationships with business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels. SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%); Excel (80%) Strong skills with Microsoft Environment web app and web services

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Internal candidates: Minimum 1 year as a highly performing Mouser employee.

External candidates:

Minimum 2 years prior work experience that is relevant to the team you will lead. 6+ years experience in critical job functions of the team; can be combination of internal and external experience.
