McKinney, TX Job Details 1 day ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Version control AI Generative AI Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications Write clean, readable, and maintainable code Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, and operations Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement of systems Assist with documentation and knowledge sharing Support projects through the full software development lifecycle Required Qualifications Professional or practical experience writing code (any language) Understanding of basic software development concepts and workflows Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) Ability to learn new technologies quickly Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable with AI-assisted development practices (e.g., vibe coding, prompt-driven coding) Hands-on experience using modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Augment, or similar platforms Must reside in DFW/Texas - this is an onsite position. Desired Attributes Adaptable and comfortable working in changing environments Sociable, collaborative, and able to communicate ideas clearly Ambitious with a desire to grow skills and take on new challenges Takes ownership of work and follows through on commitments Experience with web, backend, or cloud-based applications Exposure to databases, APIs, or DevOps tools Experience working in agile or team-based development environments Experience fine-tuning or working with large language models (LLMs) Experience with machine learning concepts or projects Familiarity with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems and vector databases Understanding of context engineering for AI-driven applications
