ServiceNow Technical Architect

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Configure and implement Now Assist skills such as incident summarization, chat summarization, and automated resolution note generation . Deploy and optimize AIdriven automation across ITSM and Creator Workflows using both outofthebox and custom-built Now Assist capabilities. Build, configure, and enhance multiskill AI Agents to support complex, endtoend automation use cases. Enable and enhance conversational selfservice using ServiceNow Virtual Agent , NLU, and AIbased dialog flows. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into AIenabled workflow solutions . Continuously evaluate and improve AI performance, automation accuracy, and process efficiency. Understand the given application requirements (or User Stories) Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines for development Participate in the Daily stand-up meetings and understand the changes proposed on the requirements / user stories Must be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks in an effective manner, meeting designated standards and criteria Responsible for the code quality of assigned tasks Perform Unit Testing and do documentation as required Provide support to the users during the User Acceptance Testing Provide any required training to the users on the user stories Knowledge and ability to configure, manage and maintain MID servers. Maintains automated workflows Create custom actions & flows in Flow designer. Work with business owners and IT to automate new processes. Ability to discuss credentials, troubleshoot permission issues, discuss and troubleshoot network connectivity with network engineers Ability to create business rules, script includes and understand the impact of such changes on existing functionality and future upgrades Ability to identify the scope of automation and implement. Ability to create dashboard/report for automation related KPI's Salary Range
