On our team, you'll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of. 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm We are seeking a proactive Data Center Solutions Engineer to join our team to specialize in data architecture and analytics. You will design, build, and optimize data solutions. You will write complex SQL queries and create intuitive dashboards to turn raw data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance data reliability and performance. Pay, benefits and more. What you'll do on a typical day: Engineer facility, equipment layouts, staffing requirements, processes and flows Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Builds and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power Bi to visualize key metrics, trends, and user behaviors Act as a subject matter expert, assisting internal stakeholders in understanding data structures and troubleshooting technical issues Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in data identity and resolve bottlenecks in data processing and dashboard performance Work with functional support groups to develop and prepare solutions to support scalable data for current operations Work with technical writers to prepare prospective client proposals; present solutions to prospective clients Support operational and process improvement projects for current operations as needed Assist with the development of engineered solutions; conduct pilot programs, simulations, sprints and time studies Represent your solutions to senior management and clients What you need to succeed at

At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent related work or military experience 1 year of prior related work experience Ability to perform complex analysis of data, processes, policies, procedures and/or systems Demonstrated attention to detail It'd be great if you also have: Experience with analytical tools such as flow charts, Pareto charts, cause and effect diagrams, run charts, etc. Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting, and excellent verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office experience Experience working in a customer-facing or internal consulting role. Provide end-to-end solutions and own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the deliverables Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification Exceptional data management and SQL skills Ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains. #
