Job Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Software Engineer II, where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing cutting-edge modules. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead the design and technical architecture for SAP IBP modules, focusing on Supply & Response and Inventory Optimization. Drive software delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. Document key processes and development milestones to ensure clarity and progress. Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements, following through the full development lifecycle. Modify and maintain complex configurations for IBP and CPI-DS. Ensure solutions align with long-term IT strategies and industry standards. Skills Proven experience with SAP IBP planning solutions. Strong background in SAP ERP, particularly in Inventory, Supply & Response, and CPI-DS. Solid experience in software development and architecture. Ability to work effectively in inventory optimization solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Experience with multi-geographic teams and integration with platforms like SAP BW.
