No H1b W2 Role Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Lead Developer / Technical Lead to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise-level initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies and real-time data platforms while contributing to impactful software solutions. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using AWS and streaming technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test applications using Java and Spring Boot Build and maintain RESTful APIs for system integrations Develop and manage real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka Create and maintain Apache Flink pipeline jobs for data processing Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions) Support infrastructure development using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the SDLC Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization Maintain technical documentation and contribute to system improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 6+ yrs of experience with AWS cloud services 1+yrs of hands-on experience with Apache Flink 5+yrs of experience developing in GoLang Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs 5+ yrs of experience with Kafka or similar streaming technologies Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes 3+ yrs of experience with Terraform Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, Agile environment Top Skills GoLang Apache Flink AWS Cloud Technologies Thanks & Regards.
