Your expertise will ensure that our internal standards are consistently documented, accessible, and aligned with best practices. Our company encompasses restaurant lines, automotive, construction, and maintenance business units. Responsibilities Develop, update, and standardize corporate procedures and manuals to ensure clarity and consistency across departments. Utilize diagramming tools such as Visio to create visual representations of complex processes for easier understanding. Edit and proofread technical documents to guarantee accuracy, coherence, and professionalism before publication. Conduct research to gather detailed information on existing processes, industry standards, and best practices for documentation. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and verify technical content for accuracy. Maintain organized records of all documentation versions and revisions using word processing tools like Microsoft Word. Ensure all manuals adhere to company branding guidelines and are accessible via appropriate internal platforms. Skills Proficiency in Visio for creating detailed process diagrams and flowcharts. Strong editing and proofreading skills to refine technical content effectively. Excellent technical writing abilities with a focus on clarity, precision, and audience engagement. Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and gather necessary information. Experience with research methods to collect relevant data for documentation purposes. Skilled in word processing software for drafting, formatting, and managing large documents. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all written materials.
