Software Engineer - Hybrid#26-06284 Phoenix, AZ Minneapolis, MN Las Colinas, TX Onsite Contract Starts 6/26/2026 Ends 12/25/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Software Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Phoenix, AZ, Las Colinas, TX, or Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. In this role, you will consult onplex software engineering initiatives with broad impact. The position involves reviewing and analyzing large-scale challenges, building high-performance, scalable software, and engineering data processing flows using technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

Engage in secure application development Design, develop, and maintain solutions to support key business needs Build and maintain high-quality, high-performance, scalable software Engineer Data Processing Flows, Stored Procedures, and Dynamic Reporting based upon pre-defined development models, languages, and standards Produce Functional System Design Documents Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Document and demonstrate solutions by writing documentation, diagrams, and codements Debug and document existing systems through code analysis

Requirements:

7 years of application development and implementation experience 7 years of SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience 5 years of secure SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies experience 2 years of Hadoop, Spark Programming, and Hive experience 2 years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles 2 years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
