.NET Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time .NET Developer in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R D client in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop production-grade software solutions using C#, .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+), and React
• Participate fully in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Apply proven design patterns (Factory, Repository, Mediator) to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems
• Contribute to system and solution architecture, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous programming models
• Utilize dependency injection and IoC best practices
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical designs to stakeholders
• Demonstrate ownership from solution design through delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have proficiency experience in C#, .Net technologies, design patterns, and strong programming skills to build production solutions
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum Team
• Experience in Event-driven and asynchronous programming
• Experience in Dependency injection, Inversion of Control (IoC)
• Hands-on cloud development experience in Azure (Functions, Frontdoor, Storage) or AWS equivalent
• Ability to build software solutions from the ground up
• Good knowledge of the Cryptographic Certificates, Security standards
• Self-starter with a desire to work across a variety of requirements Nice to

Have:

• Experience in RUST or Go Programming language
• Technical mentoring and code review leadership
• Self-management and ownership of feature delivery The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
