Asset and Configuration Engineer

Job description Utah Transit Authority (UTA) is seeking a dedicated Fleet Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our diverse fleet, including buses, light rail, and commuter rail services spanning seven counties. The Fleet Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring that all transportation services meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the engineering team, the Fleet Engineer will work closely with maintenance personnel and other engineers to design, analyze, and improve vehicle systems and maintenance processes.
