Someone who doesn't mind and even enjoys working hands on with others, teaching where needed to accomplish the goal. Someone who is more concerned with the quality and outcome than the compensation. Someone with vision or understanding of the vision who can see the project from inception to final iteration. Someone excited to leverage AI. I'm wanting to build - or even leverage tech already built - for an eVenture/ecommerce web to print platform that will one day rival www.vistaprint.com (who does over 1B in revenue a year). Another company is 4imprint.com that also has similar revenue. Then there is signs.com.
