Full Stack Java Developer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems using modern Java technologies and front-end frameworks. This role will focus on full stack application development, solution architecture, RESTful services, microservices, and cross-functional collaboration within Agile environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React, and enterprise application development best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and implement Java-based applications, components, and frameworks. Lead the design and architecture of scalable Java-based solutions and distributed systems. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Build and support responsive front-end applications using Angular or React. Collaborate with developers, designers, system administrators, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Java applications and services. Optimize application performance and improve scalability, maintainability, and reliability. Analyze existing codebases and implement enhancements, refactoring, and modernization initiatives. Participate in code reviews and recommend improvements aligned with engineering best practices. Develop and maintain technical and software documentation. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members. Stay current with emerging Java technologies, frameworks, and software engineering trends. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous delivery initiatives. Support build, deployment, and version control processes using modern DevOps tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience developing, maintaining, and supporting software applications using Java/J2EE and Spring technologies. Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 or higher. Strong understanding of Java Collections, multithreading, concurrency, and core Java concepts. Minimum 5 years of experience with Spring Boot. Minimum 5 years of experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. Minimum 5 years of experience developing RESTful web services and microservices architectures. Experience building scalable and distributed enterprise applications. Strong experience with open-source frameworks and technologies including Spring, Hibernate, and Spring JPA. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Experience working within Agile software development methodologies. Experience using build and dependency management tools such as Maven and Gradle. Experience with Git version control systems. Experience working within Linux/Unix environments. Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience mentoring or leading development teams. Work Location Candidate is required to work onsite five days per week. No travel to other locations is required.
