As a Sr Java Developer, you will be part of the Business Automation & AI department supporting innovative projects that drive digital transformation and enhance business efficiency. Design, develop, and maintain complex decision services using Drools and Kogito microservices. Architect and manage AWS Bedrock Knowledge Bases to ensure accurate, context-aware AI responses. Build automated data pipelines to convert legacy documentation into optimized formats for AI consumption. Develop high-performance RESTful APIs using Quarkus or Spring Boot to integrate AI chatbot capabilities. Deploy and scale business automation services within Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. What's Needed? 3-5 years of professional experience with Java (8/11/17+), including Spring Boot or Quarkus. Hands-on experience with Drools rules engine and DMN implementation. Proven experience with Kogito for building cloud-native business processes. Experience configuring AWS Bedrock and managing Amazon S3 for large-scale document storage. Strong scripting skills for transforming Adobe RoboHelp content into structured formats like Markdown or JSON. What's in it for me?
