AJO Developer

Join our team as an AJO Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming marketing capabilities into a real-time, predictive engine. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with dynamic teams to enhance the Adobe marketing ecosystem. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys to enhance customer engagement. Design journeys using AEP Real-Time Customer Profile, focusing on event and segment-based strategies. Manage journey conditions, decision logic, and ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data readiness and identity resolution. Integrate AJO within the broader AEP architecture, ensuring smooth data flow. Conduct thorough testing and validation of journeys before launch. Support UAT, go-live, and monitor journey performance post-launch. Document journey designs and operational procedures comprehensively. Skills Proven experience in developing AJO and building Customer Intelligence Engines. Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and its components. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Experience with cross-channel marketing activations such as email, web, and paid media. Familiarity with journey performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills to translate business use cases into executable journeys.
