Description Plateau GRP is seeking driven and enthusiastic Interns to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, work with experienced professionals, and develop technical and soft skills in a real-world environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and testing of web and software applications. Participate in team meetings, coding sprints, and code reviews. Work on data analysis, database management, and/or cloud infrastructure tasks. Support internal tools and platforms through debugging and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project design and documentation. Research and propose innovative solutions for technical challenges. Maintain clear documentation of code and technical processes. Requirements Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#/.NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript. Familiarity with back-end framework, such as Springboot Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Django) is a plus. Understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain any required government security clearance What You'll Gain Mentorship from experienced developers and tech leads.
