Job Title Intermediate Software Engineer Location King George, VA 22485 US (Primary) Category Engineering, Information Technology Job Type Full-time Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Bachelor's Degree Travel Security Clearance Required Secret Job Description TMC Technologies has recently been awarded a 5 year contract providing subject matter, systems engineering, software development, and test & evaluation expertise to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division's (NSWCDD) Warfare Systems Engineering and Integration (V) Department. We are seeking an Intermediate Software Engineer to join our team on this new opportunity. While there is the potential for remote work, all personnel will initially be expected to work on-site in the Dahlgren area until performance is effectively established with the customer. Relocation assistance can be provided where applicable.
A SECRET
(or higher) security clearance is required. Job Requirements Secret (or higher) security clearance Bachelor's degree in the area of Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics 3+ years of experience in each of the following:
  • Coding / analyzing one or more of the following programming languages to include C++, C, Python, and Batch.
  • Java
  • Understanding networking principles or familiar.
  • Model drive architecture tools and languages.
  • General software engineering in the areas of computer program development and software architecture design and development
  • DevSecOps processes and principles
  • Agile methodology and SAFE Agile principles.
