ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced software solutions for undersea sensor applications. You will work closely with and will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high performance, reliable, and scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize software for undersea sensor applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software and systems in undersea applications. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Develop and maintain documentation for algorithms, software, and systems. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming languages. Experience developing in a Linux environment. Active DoD or DoW Secret security clearance. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
