- B.S. in Computer Science, Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline
- 3-5+ years of proven Java development experience
- Strong Linux/Unix development, integration, and troubleshooting background
- Ability to integrate, test, troubleshoot, and refactor software systems Day to day responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and deploying microservices and containerized legacy applications on Kubernetes clusters.
- Integrating containerized components within Kubernetes orchestration environments.
- Debugging containers within Kubernetes orchestration environments.
- Debugging Java applications that a deployed to a Kubernetes environment.
Technical skills required:
- Experience with Java development
- Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, K3s) and related tooling.
