Rockwoods is looking for skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to become part of our team. In this position, you will work alongside various departments and the Project Management Office to outline project boundaries, design technical frameworks, and lead projects to completion. Primary Responsibilities Define project scope, deliverables, and work breakdown structures to develop formal project charters and implementation plans. Lead architecture reviews with internal stakeholders and external vendors to interpret complex technical plans, specifications, and system diagrams. Validate that all proposed technical solutions align with business requirements, organizational constraints, and long-term strategic goals. Manage the evaluation of vendor products and lead technical participation in RFP and competitive assessment processes. Research and document applicable compliance and regulatory standards for all assigned technical initiatives. Identify and mitigate critical risks between business needs and technical feasibility to ensure project viability. Develop comprehensive test plans and provide high-level troubleshooting for technical issues throughout the project lifecycle. Partner closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to drive successful project execution from initiation to completion. Maintain and adjust technical project documentation dynamically as requirements and environments evolve. Required Background 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management, systems architecture, or technical analysis within a financial or commercial institution. 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing detailed requirements for complex, enterprise-level technical projects. Possession of a CAPM or PMP certification is highly preferred. Experience in conducting vendor assessments and participating in RFP cycles.
