This position is on-site in Quantico, VA . The SharePoint / Power Platform Developer will design, build, and optimize Power Platform and SharePoint solutions that enable efficient, secure, and scalable operations. This role directly supports a high-visibility mission environment where reliable digital workflows are essential to operational success. Responsibilities for the SharePoint / Power Platform Developer include: Designing and developing Power Apps (Canvas Apps) to support complex business processes and large-scale data management Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Power Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency and reliability Developing and integrating SharePoint list- and library-driven solutions, including item-level permissions and multi-list data synchronization Optimizing application performance using delegation, efficient data handling, and best practices for large datasets Collaborating with analysts to translate documented business requirements into scalable technical solutions through iterative development cycles Required Qualifications for the SharePoint / Power Platform Developer include: 5+ years of experience supporting IT solutions in complex enterprise or government environments Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas), Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Strong skills in workflow automation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, IAT II Certification (Sec+) Active Secret clearance Compensation for the SharePoint / Power Platform Developer include:

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
